Imported photos in the App display on PC but most recent (last 30 days) do not display when attempting to attach them to an email.

Historically, I have always been able to upload photos from my I phone to my Windows 11 photo app. These same photos have easily "attached" to email when I am sending them to family. However, over the last 45 days or so recently uploaded photos do not visually display when I access photos to add as an attachment to an email. The photos are in the app, but when using the 'attachment' icon in my email software, they do not appear. Pictures added prior to the 45 days still appear and can be attached. This issue seems to have cropped up after the multiple Microsoft patches over the past month o
