I disables all services in msconfig now can not use pin to log in. Bitlocker is blocking me from accessing local disk c.

Hello,I disabled all services in msconfig by mistake and am now logged out and the pin is no longer available for use.I cant get to system32 because bitlocker is blocking me from accessing local drive C so i have to use X, and im also on laptop. Ive seen people with this problem but no one so far has responded with an answerI am super scared and am begging right now for help.I can send pictures if you need any.
