Guest RiptideHD Posted August 25, 2007 Posted August 25, 2007 Hello all, I'm glad I found a group focusing on win 98! I have an old laptop that still runs great, but it has win 98 and no ethernet connection. I would rather buy a wireless card than a hard wire card for the PCMCIA slot, but can't seem to find one that says it will work with win 98. They all say Win 98SE, or they don't say what OS is compatible at all... Can someone give me a good lead on which card will work with my PC? Thanks! RHD

You could also upgrade to 98SE and then get the PMCIA Wireless G but I know of nothing that can help you if you do not. However, we have lots of posters here so hopefully someone can help you out.
