Why cant I update my comp. to windows 11 even tho it meets all requirements?

I have an Asus rog and it has I7 2.60 GHZ processor and yet windows says it does not meet the requirements. I don't get that, have checked with the Health Check app which is saying that my processor does not meet the requirements.
