Windows Defender quarantined a file with over 60gb of space. I can't remove it because it won't allow it. What do I do?

Hello!I have a very annoying problem.Windows Defender quarantined a file of over 60gbs and I am not able to do anything about it.I have already clicked the option to remove the file but it did not seem to work, there is a "hidden" copy of it under the Quarantine folder of Windows Defender (even though it says the Quarantine folder is empty).Here lies the real problem, I cannot get access to it. I cannot change the ownership of the folder from "System" to "myself" thus the 60gbs of space continues to be occupied.I have no idea what to do, I think my only option is formatting my PC.Do you have a
