My Win10 MS PROFILE is taking screenshots and pressing keys on its own (multiple keyboards, multiple machines)

My elementary kid has a Dell Optiplex and it takes screenshots randomly. It also moves arrow randomly when they play Roblox. Most often it is as if the down button is held down and left and right buttons are randomly held down, so her character moves on its own. It does not type any letters, and seems to be limited to print screen, down, left, and right arrows.I replaced the mouse and keyboard with a brand-new set, and the problem persists.I tried multiple USB ports and it made no difference.I used the Windows Keyboard Troubleshooter and it found no issues.I removed the keyboard driver and plu
