On boot my computer requires my bit locker recovery key, I have no access to running command prompts or to get access to any way that may let me acces

The power went out, messed around with some of the insides of my computer and now it is requiring my bit locker recovery key on boot with no access whatsoever to any form of running command prompts, I have been trying to fix this myself and nothing I do seems to work
