Guest Wolfeymole Posted August 27, 2008 Posted August 27, 2008 Hi Nudger Welcome to FPCH You could download it again from Virgin here and reinstall it. Customer services home - Customer services - Virgin Media You will probably have to enter your customer details etc again. Quote
Dalo Harkin Posted August 27, 2008 Posted August 27, 2008 You 'could' download it, but I would highly oppose doing so - I have seen lots of problems caused by this program and in my opinion it is best avoided - there are many free programs that are better. Can anyone tell me how to re-install AntiFR.dll or more to the point how do i find it to re-install? Have tried re-installing pc guard but all i get is.............. This application has failed to start because AntiFR.dll was not found re-installing the application may fix this problem Quote
Guest Wolfeymole Posted August 27, 2008 Posted August 27, 2008 It's entirely up to you if you want to reinstall it Nudger but as Dave said it's not the best AV product on the market and you don't have to use it. Two choices: 1: Completely remove it from Programs and Features then download it again from Virgin and install it once more. 2: Get a brand new Free AV program like Avira and say Comodo for the firewall. Tell us what you want to do. Quote

Guest Wolfeymole Posted August 27, 2008 Posted August 27, 2008 It's not often that we quote posts from other forums Nudger but have a read of these comments from the Virgin cable forums themselves with regard to PC Guard. new virgin pcguard problems - Cable Forum Quote
