My SSD jumps to 100% disk usage when i'm playing game and my computer freezes after few seconds later disk usage goes to 0-2% disk usage and again jum

My PC: CPU: Ryzen 5 2600 (Not OC)Motherboard: Gigabyte B450 AOURS Elite AM4RAM: 2x8 3200Mhz and 2x4 2666Mhz (Ram speed 2933Mhz) CL16 GPU: Rx 570PSU: 500W Silentium PC Bronze 80Hard Drives: -HDD 1 TB (Data and other stuff)-HDD 300GB (Virtual memory for WSL)-SSD 512GB (Windows Drive) -M2 NVME 1TB (Windows Partition for games 622GB and Linux Partition 300GB) I would like to say right away that I tried various ways to fix this error with the disk, such as Chkdsk, SFC /scannow, DISM commands, I changed the pagefile from SSD to M2 drive, in advanced system settings in visual effects I have only fon
