How do I open files ending in (.CED) on my Windows 11 Computer with Windows Media Player Legacy because each time I try, I'm getting an error message saying, "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file". What can I do to fix this issue?
