BSOD System Service Exception when restoring my Windows 10 version from Win 11

I'm trying to rollback my windows 11 back to windows 10, and during the restoring process, my PC suddenly got a BSOD with the code System Service Exception, and the file listed was Ntfs.sys, now I'm stuck in this restoring loop and I can't access the desktop, is there any possible way to fix this?
