New local user appeared in login screen but can't login to it, edit it or find where to remove it

I'm really confused about this.I used to log in with my local account named "Sloth" and it's always been the first in the login screen, (There's no files or anything for this one in the user files) so it just always logged in automaticallyBut at some point something happened and the local user I have where all my user files are on called "Phill" started appearing in the login screen first and trying to login to that, but I don't have a password for it and it doesn't accept no password to just login. If I let it sit for a little and it goes into sleep mode and I open it up it's gone, it's only
