RAM usage DROPS once a week and games freeze system

Every Monday since I’ve had my pc (going on 3 1/2 years) I’ve noticed that after it’s been on and idle for awhile my RAM usage drops from the usual 15%ish to around 11-12%.Never thought anything of it until 2 weeks ago I went to play a game (dayz) and as it’s loading it appears like it randomly minimized itself but I lost control of my mouse on the desktop. Could only get it back by pressing ctrl escape and I could only interact with the task bar, tried to close dayz by right clicking but nothing happened. I can open task manager but couldn’t click on anything to force close dayz. Only thing I
