I am experiencing very bad internet connections as of today. I run task manager to check network usage and see that Service Host Network is using a lot internet. It can easily reach to 12mbs however it is constantly fluctuating. My windows 10 is up to date. I don't have very good wifi, so this issue is a real problem.
