Windows keeps saying my password is incorrect when trying to trouble shoot cant get into windows as is crashes every time I boot my pc up

Was doing some network setting tweaking and my pc crashed and won’t go into windows tried to troubleshoot but it says my password is incorrect even tried old passwords and it’s still the same result I’m not sure how to proceed.
