I don't have permissions over the majority of my PC despite user being an administrator

I reset my pc in various way multiple times in an attempt to fix this. Most permissions seem to be messed up.For the simplest example, I saved an image & when I try open it it says:"Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."I think because of the same reason I cant download Minecraft. after researching online I've come to the conclusion MC wont install because of permissions down the line. Other issues like not being able to open the Microsoft Store app.I believe all these issues are connected & I get a lo
