Realtek Audio Device isn't even picking up sound

I upgraded my motherboard and cpu today and right after that, I installed the Realtek drivers it told me to download from the Support > Download page on AsRock. I downloaded it and still had no sound. It shows as "Realtek(Audio)" in device manager, and when I play sound on youtube or anything, it doesn't pick up with the device. Things I've tried: Reinstalling, Updating Driver. Going back in forth of HD audio and Ac97 in the BIOS. Changing audio cables in my PC. Both front and rear audio Jacks. The list goes on, but that's before I realized that it is the drivers fault and not my PC's. Righ
