Hi all,

first of all I not sure I should be posting this here so please bear

with me and suggest other groups name if I am wrong.

On the same network, I have 2 subnet:

1 is 10.3.29.X/24 with its gateway

2 is 10.3.129.X/128 with its gateway

Well actually there is only one gateway which routes from one subnet

to the other.

I have a DHCP on 10.3.29.X serving this subnet range.

I want a DHCP on 10.3.129.X serving this subnet range as well.

Last day I turned on the 10.3.129.X DHCP and ended up with PCs on that

I want on the 10.3.29.X receiving 10.3.129.X addresses.

Now I am not too sure how I can seperate the 2 subnets would it be

something I can set up in my DHCPs or does it have to be in my gateway/

router?

I hope I am making sense....

Thanks

Yeah. Create 2 vlan and just make sure your router do not allow

broadcast to go from a subnet to another. and voila.
