Internet disconnects whenever my CPU really starts to run, like when using Photoshop or while gaming.

Whenever i try to play a multiplayer game, or whenever I run software that heavily uses my CPU, the internet disconnects. After i pause the game/program the internet is back on. This only happens in these specific situations, not randomly. Any idea what should I do? I already tried reinstalling the windows and I replaced the thermal paste.
