I feel am being bullied by Microsoft to Update to Windows 11!

I kept receiving notices to upgrade/update to Windows 11, and I do not wish to do so now. I cannot dismiss the screen without choosing the option to decline the update. The notifications, however, are becoming increasingly more threatening. from "upgrade now" to "decline update." I have even called support to get assurances that I will still have the opportunity to upgrade later. Every time get a Windows 10 update with this language, which is becoming increasingly more demanding, I hesitate to click wording like "decline update" because your options are not explained in the notification.
