Epson easy photo print doesn't open in my HP PC its showing error

My PC is HP DESKTOP-EL8CQLF Intel® Core i3-10100 CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz, 8.00 GB (7.83 GB usable), 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor. My previous PC supporting Epson Easy photo print. In current PC when complete install Epson photo print a error code was showing that Microsoft visual C ++ 2006 Redistributable not install properly and the Epson easy photo print not open.
