my Asus desktop has windows 10 and boots to a blue screen that asks for a password. there is nothing else on the screen. just blue and the password as

my desktop when i turn it on i only get blue screen with password ask. Nothing is on the screen. my password or my pin work. F8,F9,F11,or F12 works. nothing i have tried works.
