How do I associate the stable versions of Adobe Creative Suite with relevant file types instead of the Beta versions?

I use the applications in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite 2023. Relevant file types were associated with respective stable applications within Creative Cloud.I recently installed the beta versions of some of the Creative Cloud applications such as Illustrator 2023 (Beta). When I click on one of those files it now opens the beta version. It seems that Windows chose to now associate .ai files with the beta version.I went into settings to change the association of all relevant file types back to the stable versions but Illustrator 2023 for example is not offered as an option.How can I resolve t
