Pc Freezing when saving and closing games

My pc for a while has been freezing completely (no ctrl alt delete or alt tab) and it seems to mainly happen when saving and exiting games. It very rarely happens during gameplay. I custom built this pc, or had someone do it, and I recently had someone install a new graphics card cause my old one broke, and I reinstalled windows myself. I’ve tried the scan in cmd and the memory scan, updated drivers, turned off overclocking, and I still can’t figure it out. My specs are:Intel Core i7-10700K 3.8 GHz 8-Core ProcessorMSI MPG Z490 GAMING EDGE
