Guest mikee Posted August 27, 2007 Posted August 27, 2007 We have a w2k3 server with only a c drive. I am trying to increase the pagefile size but it gives us an error message that says "Enter a maximum page file size that is greater than or equal to the initial page file size, and less than 4096mb". It won't let us increase it beyond 4096mb. We have 16gb of free space on the c drive. Can someone tell me how to increase it?
Guest Meinolf Weber Posted August 27, 2007 Posted August 27, 2007 Re: Can't increase pagefile size Hello mikee, The maximum pagefile size is 4096mb. If you have an additional partition you can add a second pagefile also with 4096mb.
