my windows computer says system reguirements not met should i buy the windows 11 from the store or can i fix the one i have which doent support update

I CANT SEEM TO ERASE OR DOWNLOAD CERTAIN APPS ON MY WINDOWS 11 WHICH I DOWNLOADED A LITTLE WHILE AGOITS SAYIN SYSTEM REGUIREMENTS NOT MET SHOULD I GO OUT AND BUY THE REAL SOFTWARE TO GET RID OF THIS PROBLEM? BECAUSE ITS ALSO NOT LETTING ME GET ALL THE UPDATES I WOULD NEED TO STAY COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS 11? I WOULD LIKE TO GET ALL OF THE OPINOINS I CAN GET TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE
