Add closed account(email address) to existing account as alias(error: already taken)

Hello community,I have closed one of MS account as I wanted to merge into one primary account.I tried to add the closed account email address as alias into my primary account, the error message has shown that the email address has been already taken and thus unable to add as alias.I chose 30 days to hold the closure in case I need to reopen it within 30 days.My question here is that after 30 days, would my closed account email address be available for me to add as alias without the error message(already taken)?If after 30 days, still persisitently no longer to use the email address, what optio
