"Read from" within Magnifier getting "stuck" on, unable to click buttons etc

This has been an ongoing issue for many, many months now and I don't know why or how it happens. It is intermittent and has occurred on two separate laptops of differing brands (Dell, ASUS), on both Windows 10 and Windows 11, using multiple different USB keyboards (Logitech, Razer, Corsair, generic) and mice (Razer, Logitech, generic) as well as the onboard keyboards and touchpads. My assumption is that I'm accidentally using some random keyboard shortcut or there's some odd bug, but either way, it's frustrati
