Guest Mark Puchalski Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 Running Win2k3/SP1 print servers. Printers are installed on XP/SP2 workstations. Lately the workstations have started getting many event ID 20 events from the Print source. Looks like drivers are frequently updating, even though there are no changes being made server-side. We have also started to see some corruption on some workstations for Dell color printers using PostScript drivers, and I'm wondering if the corruption is being caused by the drivers continually downloading. Any ideas why the drivers keep pushing down from the server?

These describe some solutions other people have had with issues sounding similar to yours (event id 20). If you still have this issue after trying those suggestions let us know.
