What should I do if I cannot install software after downloading it from the web?

I just downloaded DVDFab All-In-One from DVDFab official website to process my discs. But I don’t know why it cannot be installed after the download is successful.I'm pretty sure this software is safe and clean because I'm using it on another Windows 11 computer with no problems.My life cannot be separated from this software, who can tell me what should I do?Is this a system problem or a computer problem?
