Someone added me to a Family Safety group without my knowledge or consent, I only found out when I was removed, how can I find out who the family orga

Basically the above. I don’t know how long I was a part of the family group, if it was created when I was a minor then someone has had access to my private information for a decade. I contacted Microsoft and they said since I was removed there is no way to tell who the family organizer was, which is information I need to get a SPO. What do I do? Is this legal?
