How can I fix slow internet loading times?

So my internet download and upload speeds are fine but for some reason after logging in to my computer this morning the speeds at which webpages load are frustratingly slow, some don't load at all.I've tried resetting the modem and my pc multiple times and asked for help from my internet provider but everything is healthy on their end.If anyone has a solution I'd appreciate the help.
