Guest GregNga Posted August 29, 2007 Posted August 29, 2007 I tried using Net Meeting at work to view another users desktop. When I click 'allow control', it still does not permit them to control my desk top, they get a circle wth a black line through it when the cursor movers over 'my desk top' on their PC. The saem happens in reverse when they click 'allow control', I can only view their desktop. Am I forgetting to do something

In the Share window, you click "Allow Control". They request control (an option at the top of the window with your desktop display), you accept in the prompt that pops up, and they have control. They can then click View, Full Screen and see nothing but your desktop on their screen. If they maximize your window before requesting control, they won't see the area where they request control. -- Joe =o)
