Need to give admin privilege remotely, That need to work certain time only.

My organization every employees have standard user, If they need Admin Privilege I am giving manually . Is there any option if employees give request to privilege remotely(Ex: If employees asking Admin Privilege my end I need to get notification. If I give approval, automatically employees have access for certain time)
