HelloCould someone help when they have a moment? I'm not technically inclined, however, I follow instructions pretty well.I have: Run the Troubleshooter, Restarted the Computer (64Bit), Downloaded mpam-fe.exe (won't install)Run this batch:cd %ProgramFiles%\Windows Defender MpCmdRun.exe -removedefinitions -dynamicsignatures MpCmdRun.exe -SignatureUpdateGot this error:Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.22621.2215] © Microsoft Corporation.
