Changed my phone number on my microsoft account and now cannot access my PC because it wants to set my pin up using my old phone number

I changed my phone number connected to my Microsoft account, and then when I went to sign on to my computer connected to that account, it requested me to use my phone number to set a new PIN and won't let me sign on to my computer because the phone number it wants to send the code to is my old phone number. I would put a screenshot up, but this software hates any kind of jpg./png. I upload so unfortunately it won't let me. I tried to cancel the security change as a request, but obviously, I want to send the cancelation pin to my old phone number and that is the only option presented on the boo
