Guest ryvitasue Posted August 29, 2007 Posted August 29, 2007 I am unable to download stuff from internet as I keep getting a window coming saying that can't access windows installer, maybe a problem or something! What can I do. Why is windows installer not working?

In the right pane, right-click Windows Installer, and then click Start. Also, set the service "Startup Type" to Manual.
