"Deleting - printed"

We upgraded our print cluster (W2K3 SP1) to SP2 last week. Ever since the

upgrade we have an issue with the following 4 HP "inbox" drivers:

HP LaserJet 4

HP LajerJet 5

HP LaserJet 1200 PCL

HP LaserJet 4000 PCL 6

The issue is this; any and all jobs spooled through queues using any one of

the above mentioned drivers remain in a "Deleting - printed" state after

successfully printing.

I've seen a post on the internet regarding this

http://forums.techarena.in/showthread.php?t=742518 which recommends giving

"everyone" full control to the WINDOWS\Temp directory. I've tested this and

it is not working.

I've also tried reinstalling those 4 print drivers on the print cluster and

the issue still exists.

The drivers listed happen to all be Microsoft "inbox" drivers.

Any ideas?

Thank you -

RE: "Deleting - printed"

Issue resolved.

CAUSE = HP Print Processor HPPRN05

SOLUTION = Change print processor to WinPrint. Stop the spooler and delete

all files in the spool. Restart spooler.
