Guest Tyler McLaughlin Posted August 29, 2007 Posted August 29, 2007 We upgraded our print cluster (W2K3 SP1) to SP2 last week. Ever since the upgrade we have an issue with the following 4 HP "inbox" drivers: HP LaserJet 4 HP LajerJet 5 HP LaserJet 1200 PCL HP LaserJet 4000 PCL 6 The issue is this; any and all jobs spooled through queues using any one of the above mentioned drivers remain in a "Deleting - printed" state after successfully printing. I've seen a post on the internet regarding this http://forums.techarena.in/showthread.php?t=742518 which recommends giving "everyone" full control to the WINDOWS\Temp directory. I've tested this and it is not working. I've also tried reinstalling those 4 print drivers on the print cluster and the issue still exists. The drivers listed happen to all be Microsoft "inbox" drivers. Any ideas? Thank you - - Tyler

Stop the spooler and delete all files in the spool. Restart spooler. - Tyler "Tyler McLaughlin" wrote: > We upgraded our print cluster (W2K3 SP1) to SP2 last week.
