Hello and Welcome to Extreme Tech Support - Free PC Help Suzy. :)

What you are stating is a ridiculous problem indeed! Did you make any recent hardware changes before you first started experiencing the problem? Also, what is the exact error message you receive on the blue screen when you try to boot the computer?

Hi

i agree.

try the method Goku suggested

if that does not fix your issue please post back, there can be numerous issue causing your pc to reboot and Blue Screen (BSOD=blue screen of death)

Since you keep that particular error even following a system recovery, that means that the hard drive (main storage device) is failing.

How old is the computer?
