suzywong43 Posted September 3, 2008 Posted September 3, 2008 hi, can any1 help me b4 i throw my pc out the window!! every time we shut our pc down it comes back on with a blue screen. i have to recover it everytime to factory condition. what we are havin to do to stop this is leave it on standby thanks a lot Quote

Did you make any recent hardware changes before you first started experiencing the problem?
