Can't turn off floating keyboard no matter what, help!

Hi there people! It's been two days since this keyboard started popping on my screen no matter what I do. I tried turning off every setting I found on the internet + stopping services, stopping from Registry (it was already set to 0), turning off Tablet Mode...nothing helps, I can't turn it off. I press the X, then I click on something and it pops up again. I can't work on my PC or draw or anything with this thing...please help! I hope the solution is easy, it should be...I guess.Thanks for reading!
