I cannot sign into any microsoft account on my windows 10 pc. this is preventing me from installing applications and running products from the windows

amd ryzen 5 5600g32 GB of ramno graphics carddid not set up windows with a microsoft account initially.trying to install minecraft and cannot sign into an account to utilize the programmy son is trying to install the JDK for windows and the installer will not run. seems this can possibly be related to not having a microsoft account.
