If you're here you've exhausted any and all hope of getting your camera working after searching post after post and seeing the same basic firmware latest checks.I hope I can solve this for you tooGreatest thanks to Lukasz Pawlowski -- MS for the OG post that helped me realise that the issue was firmware-related.ScenarioYour webcam suddenly stopped being recognised, mic and all.Your webcam is an older model ( Microsoft LifeCam Studio) in my caseHappened during a Windows 10/11 update or just a period where it went from working with no obvious recordYour Device Manager now states your webcam from
