<100 Mbps on Gig network

I just upgraded to a new Windows 11 PC. Reused the same ethernet cable, but only got about 50 Mbps, where my Win10 got about 800. My PC is plugged into a dumb gig switch. The switch is plugged into one of the 4 ports on my Google Fiber router. I also have a Synology NAS with two NICS. The primary NIC is plugged into a second port on the Google Router. The secondary NIC (for redundancy, not aggregating) is plugged into the same switch as my PC. This has worked for years on my Win10 PC, but appears to create a loop with my Win11 PC. When I unplug the second NIC, my speed goes from 50 Mbps to 850
