Windows 11 - Your PIN is disabled for 386195 hours - How do I login now?

As you can see from the pic, it says my PC is locked because I entered incorrect PIN too many times. However, I never once entered an incorrect PIN and this just showed now after booting up today. There's not any Sign-in Options either. I tried to go through Safe Mode but still it doesn't allow me to bypass rhe PIN. Now how do I solve the issue? Please reply asap as i have a work deadline in hand
