Hi guys, Im trying to edit an invoice template in Word 2007 ( trial version )- only I cannot seem to remove a VAT table at the bottom of the page.

Step by step would be nice, as I'm totally new to 2007.

Anyone please?

I suspect there will be a few Word help requests in the piepline.

Thanks to all

:D

Hi I think I did it - with a LOT of help from a friend - ( thanks Wolfey )

Basically its the VAT Tax Code Tax Rate Vat Net / Amout table i want to remove with disturbing the other tables

When I delte the cells. it removes other parts of the Invoice ( like the3 descripton section ) and missaligns some of the form.

Hope this works / helps

Are you trying to set up some kind of VAT/Invoicing system as your in business?

If you are then there are better free software packages out there rather than use a trial version of Word 2007 to do it mate.

Yes I am wolfey mate - and killing myself in the process it seems :(.

Actually I am messing around with Ms accounting, as its integrates with Word / Excell ( which I dont really use YET but thinking if the business grows I may need it ) and i thought it was quite neat, albeit very complicated.

Looked around for Invoicing software but everything free I found was either rubbish or very hard to use.

What did you have in mind bud?

I would also suggest that you take courses in Excel and Access too Spartan as these are invaluable when setting up any kind of database.

Thanks mate I've been considering it.

Been on that TurboCash forabout 30 mins now - I'm finding it very crude and difficult to understand. Still cant open a Cash sale - or Invoice form on it.

Think Ill stick with Ms accounting ( its also free - and I think much easier to work with ) as Ive spent hours trying to get my head round that already.

Thanks anyway mate :)
