I am unable to connect LAN to my laptop and its throwing a KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE. How to resolve this issue?

I am a student and needs to connect LAN cable to access internet. I am facing this error(please see image) and my laptop restarts itself. No matter how many times I try to connect LAN, this is happening. I have also tried updating network drivers using device manager (which were already up to date). Can someone please help me solve this issue ?
