Restoring the Paint App's enlargement increment back to 100% when you hit "CTRL-PgUp"

After installing the 9/12/23 update (KB5030219 / Build 22621.2283). I noticed that when I'm working in the Paint app and hit "CTRL-PgUp" to enlarge the pic I'm working on, it only enlarges by 10% instead of the previous 100%. How do I reset the enlargement % back to the original 100% increment? (I've read through the info page for the Update and can't find a paragraph about this change and how to reverse it. I've also tried skimming through the Settings regarding the Paint app and can't find anything that way.)MJ
