Seeing as I'm out of work I routinely look at the Job Center Site to see what vacancies there are.

 

Today I saw one for a "Sandwich Artist" at the local Subway (a sandwich outlet).

 

How mad is that?

Lol - this is such a coincidence me and my mates at work were talking about this the other day as one went there and they were advertising as that in store.

how many people does it take to make a sandwich if you ever go in there are like 5 or 6 in a line lol

Agreed - my mate is a bin man and gets paid a fortune!!

 

but one of my other mates was also reversed over by a bin truck (he was a bin man too) and it literally popped him in half - 178 staples he needed from his head to his knee - he is more than LUCKY to be alive :eek:

It's a doddle now for them compared to the old days when everyone had a coal burning fire.

 

They would rake the ashes out every morning and put them in the steel dustbin, when that was full you could talk about some serious weight, never mind the poxy plastic bags we have now.

Do you have them stupid BLUE plastic see through ones now too - and you are only allowed to put out 1 a WEEK - WTF

they are clear because you are not allowed to throw away cardboard or glass in them and you can be FINED - I personally think this is a massive breach of privacy and our wonderfull :rolleyes: government should be ashamed of themselves!

Not an easy job for mine this week. I put out a lot of landscape material. Out of respect I cut things down as much as I could and made my bags as small as possible but they still had a truckload from me.
