I can't download any app nor program on Microsoft Store, and I need your help.

Hey,I want someone better to answer to my question.I understand that I questioned this last time, I just wanted to make a detailed description of my problem and an actual professional that would understand my problem.So, I can't download a single program nor app, I followed every instructIon on every video I found. Youtube, TikTok, and such, but none of the instructions would work and my issue would still persist. I even resetted my Microsoft Store, or went to PowerShell, cmd; just to fix a single bug. (Also, I deleted my antiviruses, I know, confusing.)If someone will bring up Windows Update:
